Building personal agents that answer to people

The next step after assistants

An agent
on your side.

Imagine an agent that knows what you want, finds people and opportunities that fit, and brings the best outcomes back for you to decide. It represents your interests within limits you set.

Cippax OS is running in a lab. The two-person coffee agreement is the next proof, not a live service.

A different relationship

From answering
to representing.

Today’s assistants wait for a question. A personal agent could look across a market of intents: coarse, expiring statements of what people seek or offer. Agents find overlap and negotiate within each person’s limits. Identities and private details stay local until disclosure is permitted.

  • Your interests
  • Your limits
  • Your decision

The first proof

Start with
coffee.

Either person proposes a date from their phone. The other can accept, decline, or suggest another time.

  1. 01 / PROPOSE

    Pick a time and place.

One person drafts a coffee date on their phone and signs the proposal with a passkey. Only the agreement terms travel to the other cell.

  2. 02 / RESPOND

    Accept or suggest another time.

The other person can accept, decline, or counter. A counter changes the terms and goes back for review.

  3. 03 / AGREE

    Both sign the same terms.

A date forms only when both passkeys approve one digest. Each cell then writes its own calendar file and records the result.

The agreement flow passes local tests. A signed image and a live two-phone proof are still ahead. Agent matching comes later.

One mechanism, rising stakes

From coffee
to capital.

State an intent, find a match, negotiate within limits, and let each person approve. Each step calls for stronger proof and safeguards.

  1. 01

    Coffee

Agree on a time and place.

  2. 02

    Talent

Find collaborators whose goals and skills fit.

  3. 03

    Research

    Connect questions, expertise, and evidence.

  4. 04

    Collective action

    Coordinate people around shared commitments.

  5. 05

    Capital

Explore fit with verified claims, alternatives, and legal review.

These are possible uses of the same machinery, not available products. Capital and other regulated activity require counsel before deployment.

Bound to the person

The agent can seek.
You still decide.

It cannot widen its own authority. A counterpart can offer terms but cannot give it orders. Meaningful commitments require your approval on your own device, and disclosures and effects leave a record you can inspect.

What exists now

A running foundation.
A new frontier.

Cippax OS runs in a lab with bounded actions, passkey approvals, an audit chain, and an independent witness. The DIB briefcase and person-level A2A disclosure passed a saved two-cell lab proof.

The coffee agreement passes local tests, but its signed image and live two-phone proof are still ahead. Agent matching is a later step. Cippax is not a consumer service available to sign up for today.
